Goofy, gangly, giggly Jimmy Fallon so amuses himself that he can barely get through one line of monologue on his undeserved new late-night show without laughing uncontrollably. (At least he’s nailed down the doofus-narcissist-crazy-spiky-gel-hair demographic most coveted by advertisers.) Any network brass looking to break the glass and reach for the emergency “I had no idea he sucked so bad” excuse would have only had to watch the Taxi flick he did with Queen Latifah to realize this dreck should never have been greenlit.
